$240 initial 50 minute consult
$225 per 50 minute session thereafter
Couple
$260 initial 50 minute consult
$250 per 50 minute session thereafter
Insurance I am not currently accepting any insurance plans however, I am happy to provide you with a receipt of service so that you may seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
In order to provide availability to clients in need, I require cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance or you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
